HOW DOES THE ONLINE CONSULTATION WORK?
Booking a Session:
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to a brief Google form. This helps you share key details before the session, ensuring you get the most out of your time.Your 1-hour Video Consultation:
We’ll connect via video call on the number you provide. This allows you to walk through your garden while we chat, offering you the flexibility to show me specific areas of concern. You’ll guide the conversation to focus on what matters most to you, and I’ll ask targeted questions to uncover the best solutions.Post-session Report:
Within 5 working days, I’ll send you a personalised report summarising our conversation, along with practical advice, recommendations, and useful links (e.g., articles, plant suggestions, garden furniture, etc.). This report not only serves as a helpful reference but also provides a solid foundation should you choose to work with a garden designer in the future. Click here to see an example. Please note that the type of information included in your report will differ depending on our discussion.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T ATTEND MY ONLINE CONSULTATION?
If you’re unable to attend your scheduled session, we’re happy to reschedule. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice, where possible. Kindly note, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions.

Yes, we offer garden maintenance services depending on your location and specific needs. If we’re unable to assist directly, we can recommend trusted alternatives. If you’d like to handle some of the maintenance yourself but aren’t sure where to start, booking an online consultation is a great way to receive tailored, confidence-boosting advice.
